Welcome to Comania Law, a legal practice founded by Atty. Eryel Legis Comania, LPT. The firm handles family law, administrative law, election law, labor law, and criminal litigation. These are fields where procedure is unforgiving and the outcome falls directly on the client, and the practice is organized around that reality.
Our philosophy: Prompt and Precise
At Comania Law, we operate under a single guiding principle: Prompt and Precise.
We are prompt because time is often the controlling factor in protecting a client's position. A reglementary period that lapses takes the remedy with it, and no amount of later diligence restores what the calendar has closed.
We are precise because the quality of a pleading determines what it can accomplish. Speed that yields careless work is no advantage at all. Both standards hold at once, and neither is traded for the other.
About the Founder
Atty. Eryel Legis Comania, LPT joined the Philippine Bar in 2026, signing the Roll of Attorneys on February 6. He is among the first 100 Electronic Notaries Public commissioned by the Supreme Court. As a Licensed Professional Teacher, he also serves as an educator, teaching Criminal Law and Civil Law.
The firm's approach is informed by Atty. Comania's sustained participation in moot court and debate competitions at the national and international levels. He qualified for the International Rounds of the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition at the University of Oxford as a representative of the Philippines. He was named Champion Mooter at the University of Cebu–Konrad Adenauer International Environmental Moot Court Competition, recognized as one of the Best Speakers at the 2021 Philippine Law Debate Championship, and awarded Most Outstanding Mooter during his Juris Doctor studies. He graduated fourth in his class.
